Has anyone successfully gotten an SDRPlay to work in Trunk Recorder? I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 and I have configured the SoapySDR from source code and I can see both my RSP1A and Duo in the SoapySDRUtil but I cannot get it to work in TrunkRecorder. I also cannot get it to work with GQRX either. I found this post where someone had the same issue and tried the same w/o success: SDRPlay via SoapySDR doesn't work with Trunk Recorder · Issue #133 · robotastic/trunk-recorder I've been trying everything I can think of for the past few months including reinstalling Ubuntu and I still can't get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have to say that I'm far from alone in having issues trying to use the SDRPlays in Linux....

Might want to post exactly what TR outputs when it starts, just like the guy in your link did when he filed his issue.

I think it should work with Trunk Recorder. SoapySDR should work with GR_OSMOSDR. I don't have one though, so I am not sure of the exact steps. If it doesn't work with GQRX, it sounds like it could be a driver problem or some sort of library mismatch.
Thanks for the reply Luke... Yeah, I thought it should work too..... I've installed the Soapy drivers as per the SDRPlay website and I can see them in SoapySDRUtility but they won't work in TR or GQRX for that matter.... There are lots of people having issues with the SDRPlay SDR's in Linux so I'm far from alone.... I wanted to try to update GR_OsmoSDR in TR but I'm not sure how.... The error I receive is below:
