Is there a way to get the RSP2 to work with older versions of SDR#?

I know the RSP1 had support - what about the RSP2?

If possible, please describe the steps ...

I have a few local versions < 1500 but need the info to get it working.

You need the RSP2 driver. I know it's available from the SDRPlay group on Facebook.

It looks like somebody on their forums already answered you.

Hello Ultravista,
The only way that you can use the RSP2 with SDR# is to use the ExtIO plugin and any release of SDR# that is release 1361 or earlier. You can obtain the ExtIO plugin from:

Downloads – SDRplay

I know you want to use SDR# -- I love SDR# myself. But, it would be best for you to use SDRuno with the SDRPlay products, just like it is best to use SDR# with Airspy products. The reason is that each device's software written specifically for that device provides many more features than using those same devices with third party software.

If you havent tried SDRUno, I'd really suggest you give it a try. Nobody likes a learning curve, and SDRUno is extremely "busy" compared to SDR#, but you'll eek the most performance out of the RSP2 by using SDRuno.
