SDRtrunk Calls skipping over on web playback

Hello- I'm trying to find a problem that seems to only be my Calls feed Westcomm dispatch when I play it back live or archived on the website. Some transmissions skip over while playing back; It shows they are there in line, but it skips over them and goes to the next transmission, in most cases its longer transmissions, 4 or more seconds. I have the audio from SDRtrunk also VBcabled to a Zello feed also and nothing is missed. I'm wondering if I missed a setting that might cause this or if anyone else has experienced this problem. SDRtrunk is running on a Win11 desktop, 24Gb ram, i5 10400 cpu. Also running a few instances of Proscan on same machine.

I don't see how they would be, they are just routine police & fire dispatch traffic. It effects both dispatch and mobile units. Sometimes they work and sometimes not. If I try to download the audio file of the missed transmission, I get this response

I feed three calls nodes for my local system, for redundancy reasons. Occasionally I'll get calls with duration, but they refuse to play. If I attempt to download the calls to listen I get the following error:
