I have sdrtrunk v0.5.0-beta3 running in Opensuse 15.3
I have set up several channels, one of which is my local Public Safety P25 system.
All traffic is received, decoded and heard unless it is encrypted.
I'd like to listen to specific talk groups only.
I have set up 2 alias lists. One is set to listen ONLY to the talk groups I specified.
The second is set to mute groups groups 0-4000000. I tried the 0-65xxx I have read in other forums. With either list assigned to my P25 channel, all traffic is still being decoded and heard.
It is my understanding that when using the attached mute 0-4000000 alias list shouldn't hear anything.
Can make suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks

A channel can only have one Alias List attached to it. Multiple Aliases can be assigned to that single Alias List.

Check that you have the alias list correctly attached to the channel and that the desired talkgroups are aliasing correctly and showing the alias label/name that you created for each talkgroup, in the Now Playing calls table and in the Events tab.

It appears I had the alias set up incorrectly. I did not have identifiers set up. I now have everything but dispatch muted. I will probably change that to muting specific talk groups.
Thanks for the info.
