SDRTrunk is severely limiting HackRF's bandwidth to channels within 4.5Mhz

HackRF bandwidth should be up to 20, but SDRTrunk is cutting me off at about 4.5Mhz. Any attempt to play a frequency outside of a 4.5Mhz range generously gifts me with a "Can't play channel. Error: No tuner available" prompt. Could this be a problem with the device, the software, or just my understanding of how this system works? Is there any way to get a hard bypass on this restriction?

What bandwidth do you have selected in the tuner configuration?
I looked for a "bandwidth" option earlier and didn't see anything and based on something I read elsewhere, assumed that it was being adjusted automatically based on the hardware that was detected. It seems that adjusting the "sample rate" options has fixed this. I'm relatively new to this, and didn't anticipate two separate terms being used interchangeably to refer to the exact same thing.

See below. Make sure the tuner is not actively playing a system, otherwise you cannot adjust the rate / bandwidth.
