I recently switched my feed app over to using SDRTrunk. (sdr-trunk-windows-x86_64-v0.5.0-beta2)
I feed one P25 simulcast site to "Calls Ingest" and three "Audio Feeds" from the same site.
One of the Audio Feeds is quite busy and routinely has calls stacked in the queue, which I understand causes delays.
My other two feeds have low call volume sometimes with long periods of no audio traffic. The problem I am having are with these two feeds. I am experiencing very long delays from the time the audio is uploaded until it actually heard on players. It doesn't matter the app, be it the Scanner Radio App, or any of the other various feed players.
On my busy feed the delay is about 30 seconds, which is pretty normal, but my two low traffic feeds I experience delays anywhere from a few minutes up to a whopping hour before the call plays. I can tell from SDRTrunk that the radio traffic is being uploaded immediately. Do you have any insight as to why these delays are happening?
