SDS100/SDS200: SDS 100 - Not Hearing All TG's SOLVED THANKS

I have an SDS100, programmed from the database for a system on the Colorado Statewide System (South Metro Fire). I hear the dispatch TG but it doesn't stop on the Ops TG when scanning (if I manually select the Ops TG, I hear it). They are in the same Department in the scanner, avoid is not on for any TGs. I receive all the TG's on my 396xt, so it's not encrypted or not being used.

Summary:
System and site are working for the dispatch TG
Ops TG is active and not encrypted
Ops TG is only heard when stopped on that TG
While scanning it doesn't stop on that TG
Other scanners stop on the Ops TG and audio is heard

Sq set to "5"

All suggestions welcomed.

5 is kinda high - normal is 2 for most....

Yeah, I just did a quick try. My unit went silent, back to 2.
