No. Uniden have never done scrolling texts as other brands receiver displays can do.
For other things like Unit ID name the display can be configured to show character 1-16 in one field and 17-32 in the next field but no such thing for favorite list names as it already takes up almost the whole length of the display, 28 characters or something like that.
