SDS100/SDS200: SDS 100 stuck on site hold

My SDS 100 is stuck on site hold & will not scan @ all

I went to my manual, page 13 & went through the process & it still will not scan

What am I missing/doing wrong??

Press FUNCTION then DEPARTMENT.

What am I missing/doing wrong??

Check that you are not in Channel/TG Hold. It will then automatically do a Site Hold after each unhold you try to do.

Press Function and then Dept to toggle Site Hold on and off.
