sds 200 sentinel program control channels

I noticed that sentinel includes all site channels including the control channels. would programming only the control channels speed up scanning multiple sites? Thanks

No! Once the scanner acquires the control channel on a site, it stays there. It will only search for a new frequency if it loses the control channel.
