SDS 200 wanted in Ontario

With the PSRN full deployment day rapidly approaching. I am looking for a SDS 200. The reason I am asking here is because there may be local Ontario members who will decide they no longer need a scanner with everything encrypted. If you have one you no longer want or can use please PM and we can discuss the arrangements. I would like to pick one up sooner than later.

Lacking that does anyone know of a retailer who has stock?

They sure do, for a price.

Uniden, SDS200 | Radioworld and Uniden will sell you the upgrades ($50 and $60 US) or ~ $80 Canadian each approx.

Going the ScannerMaster route, new radio ($699 US) with DMR and NXDN ($75 US each) upgrades included would put it at $850 US or $1170 Canadian.

Check the classifieds, they pop up from time to time but you gotta act quickly, they sell fast

I admit it's pricy but when you need a tool and the convenience of it being dash mount you got to spend what you have to. I am still hoping for something a little less expensive than new, but if it comes to new then new it shall be.

I will keep the thread alive and let everyone know what I decide. I know no one will be able to sleep until they know what I do.
