I have a hp536 that receives my local PD reliably, VHF, Nxdn, conventional. records great in Proscan.

I have an sds 200, and programmed it with same info as the 536 for that channel. (both obviously have the nxdn upgrade).
The sds200 will receive transmissions ok for a while, but then just stops. Proscan shows listing in the History Logging for the relevant transmission, but no digital type shows, no Tone shows, and there is nothing in the recorder at all. No audio on the radio. It just goes deaf to that channel after a while. Other vhf (like weather ) or uhf transmissions from elsewhere play and record fine, it's just the one nxdn freq that just stops.
Signal is strong (very near one tower), I'm using "normal" filter on the sds (but tried "wide invert").
Both share the same external antenna. I tried a whip antenna also on the sds200, no change.
I deleted the system, re downloaded from the database, same.
I also have an sds 100 and see the same result... plays fine for a while, then stops receiving that channel, but Proscan history shows it did see it, just not as a nxdn or real data or something?

Anyone have any clue what to look at next?

Are you saying the audio for just NXDN channels stop on the scanner speaker as well as not being recorded in ProScan?

But everything other type of transmission is fine in both locations?
correct. All three scanners play everything else fine, and all three play the nxdn channel fine for a while, but the SDS200 and sds100 just stop while the hp536 continues to play and record. (and the odd part is the sds radios show entries in ProScan's History (but not record) when the radio is silent with no RSSI on the screen, with no RAN, or Digital Type, or RSSI. ) I'm stumped.

Check delay (make sure it's not negative) and check recording duration settings.

If possible, read from the 536, change model, and write to the 200.

Thanks Joe, Delay +5, recording duration on the scanner is 120 secs. In ProScan it is 1 minute for now, since I was getting very long (30 minutes, an hour...) recording in ProScan's History Log with no RAN or Digital type, no associated recording in the recorder. Trying IFX now in case that's causing a spurious signal that's messing up the receive? I did take the settings from the 536 originally, and tried a new channel with data from the database here for that channel, no change there. Thanks!
