Yes the com port is 14 click on Run sdscope.exe it errors and disappears before I can enter

Are you just clicking on the SDSCOPE program? You have to use the CMD prompt, Go to the directory where the file is located and type SDCOPE.EXE -p COM 14

or in my case: C:Users\Ed>sdscope -p COM7

Open a command prompt and run the program from there. This is also where you can provide program arguments (i.e. the com port).

Ok I got it to work with both SDS scanners just dragged sdscope icon over command prompt puts short cut in command line then added a space -p space com14 hit enter my com port is 14 takes about 5 seconds to load.
