Yes it does you have to know the LCN's and enter them for each frequency.

For known systems, LCNs are in the database.

And of course you have to buy the upgrade key to hear any DMR.

Copy all. Thanks. I’ve got the DMR upgrade key installed and have loaded a “known” System I want to monitor.just It’s a commercial entity that not only leases long term comms but also rents out radios for events large and small where the usage might only be for a day or two. Those temporary TG’s (as opposed to long term/permanent TG’s) aren’t mentioned so I placed the scanner in ID Search mode. So far I’ve copied one of the businesses that subscribe so I’ve got the LCN set up correctly. Now all I have to do is wait for the event and capture the unknown TG’s I wish to monitor.
