It is set on the same exact white

It’s set to black and white. Same white all the way thru.

It's obvious we don't agree with you and the display looks sharp, bright and clear to me. You've posted numerous display complaints, this is your fifth scanner, and that Bearcat Warehouse somehow had a "bad batch". Enough already..

That I don’t know but if you search there are plenty of people with the same issue. Uniden admitted to me they know this is an issue and so did BW. BW is logging all serial numbers this is happening to and contracting uniden immediately. That came from Mike the manager at BW.
