I can’t find info on this part anywhere.Maybe I need to call Uniden.🫢
As buddrousa mentioned above, they will usually just tell folks to send it in to the Uniden repair service or... they will tell you to visit their parts and accessories web site here:

which doesn't offer much in the way of parts.

If you can't fix it with duct tape, you're not using enough tape. :)

I sent an email to Uniden asking for part #

Did you ever hear back from Uniden? Any luck getting a part number for the headphone jack cover?

Unless you plan on getting it wet.....I wouldn't give it too much thought. This is the first scanner I've owned that had an headphone cover. I have always thought it was just another part to break (as you have found out). It's to me more of an esthetic issue (but then again I'm an old goat...what do I know) Just a thought.

I have said this before, but here goes. I am making specific reference to the rubber cover on top and covering the inputs.

I suppose someone could remove these parts and then make a copy using a 3D printer.

Disappointing that you get no response from Uniden NA.

Spare parts are available from the EU, if you want a pack of 10 so you have a few spares :)

Down the page here under Available spare parts: "Rubber Cap = CAP RUBBER for Earphone Jack":

Uniden SDS100E + ACTIVATED DMR+NXDN+ProVoice

@VK3RX THANK YOU for posting that information regarding purchasing Uniden replacement/spare parts for the SDS100 from Avera Distributing in the Netherlands. They have many useful parts listed at your link including the original SDS100 small battery (57 Euros/$61.33 USD) and small battery cover (14 Euros/$15.06 USD) and both are listed as being in stock.

Thank you for that information..I will order from them🙂
@ma8007 Please let us know how you make out regarding shipping time and shipping charges from Avera Distributing to the USA for the SDS100 Earphone Jack Cover. It says that they use UPS and FedEx for shipping. After adding the Earphone Jack Cover to my cart it shows that you can order just one with a price of 6 Euros (4.96 Euros for the part itself and 1.04 Euros for tax) PLUS shipping charges. Using today's conversion rate, 6 Euros equals $6.46 USD.

It's really a shame that you can't obtain necessary replacement parts from Uniden USA unless you send in your scanner for a flat-rate repair that will cost you about $100 with return shipping charges (plus your inbound shipping charges).
