SDS100/SDS200: Sds100 missing nxdn 9600 transmission

My sds100 is mission a lot of transmission of nx9600 and it seems like it’s not decoding properly any steps to fix it I done everything from hold time to delay time

Is this the system? S and P Communications Trunking System, Various, Alabama Did you enter the RAN for each site and the CH ID for each frequency in each site? Please attach your favorites list file and I will take a look at it. Go to the File tab in Sentinel and click on Export to hpe file (Favorites List). You will need to zip the exported file to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and open the zipped file.

#1. Did you use Sentinel to program or another app?
#2. are the applicable service types turned on for the talkgroups you feel you're missing? Are you able to reliably decode anything on the system or no?
#3. Do you have a reliable signal? How many bars?
#4. Have you tried experimenting with different filter settings? Using Filters

So when I set each site invidiual it picks up much better than having 30 sities together not sure if their is a bug with the housekeeping that the sds100 have

If you click on County at the top of the site lists in the database, it will alphabetize the sites by county and put all of the same county sites together. These are the only sites you should be using for Coffee County:

Or a bug with person programming frequencies for 30 sites all together…

You have to program the sites you want as individual sites or scanner will never bother with other frequencies after it finds one good control channel.

To clarify, you have all 30 sites programmed as one site? If so, you are surprised that it's not working correctly? That's because it is only locking onto the first control channel it finds for that site and of course is not looking for additional control channels on the same site because sites are not designed to have more than one control channel. That's not an issue with housekeeping or a bug. The issue lies between the keyboard and the chair. Program 30 sites as 30 sites and fix the core issue.

Can you hear all 30 sites from where you are?
If the answer is NO then AVOID all sites and only use the one you can hear because you are wasting alot of scan time looking for something that is not there.
ONLY HAVE THE FREQUENCIES FOR EACH SITE IN THAT SITE ONLY.
As the Uniden Rep stated fix the sites fix the problem.

Yes, do a site hold onto the site closest to you or enable location control, otherwise the scanner will waste time scanning sites out of range to you & you'll miss traffic as a result

Or you can avoid sites not in range and when you travel turn those sites on.
