I configured mine using a couple of different parts from ProclipUSA. The mounts are vehicle specific for different places in the vehicle; the top piece was a part that they had that fits the swivel mount.

I just use the cup holder mount from Lidomounts. Works well. There are many others out there on Amazon and such.
