SDS100: Specific Freq Question (I am a noob, please try to not roast me)

Just a few days ago I was able to fully listen to: Nashville, TN, Davidson County: Police: West Precinct/Patrol and now I am getting zero... Can the SDS100 handle this? Thank you in advance. I am a noob, don't roast me :/

According to the listing shown it is encrypted full time. So no, you will not be able to hear them. The mode column is DE. The "D" indicates digital and the capital "E" indicates full time encrypted. A lower case "e" indicates partial encryption. No scanners can receive encrypted transmissions.

They mentioned in roll call yesterday that our main dispatch channels are going encrypted.
