SDS100 Unit turns on and loads up. When I try to scroll with the Multifunction scroll knob the unit goes from Set Scan Selection to Manage Full Database. I cannot scroll down any further. Any suggestions ?

I presume you are trying to scroll while the sds100 is scanning.
Try scrolling in the opposite direction. I have an sds200 and the scroll works either way.

Is the rest of the menu list showing?
Seems to me from the OP's OP that they're referring to the menu options (pressing menu side key then using knob to scroll). Never had this issue with my SDS.
Welcome to the RR forums @BXERG. How old is your SDS100 & is it running the latest firmware? Does the scroll knob demonstrate the same behavior while scrolling in the same direction (down?) through your favorites list items?

The display show Manage Favorite, Set Your Location and everything else but it doesn't scroll to those options? Then it could be a cold solder joint issue or the selector have gone bad as have happened to some users with different Uniden models.
Does the scroll function work as it should if you try and edit a text and scroll thru the characters?

Not good for such an expensive radio.
Since you started another thread today, with the same problem, and it’s now being bounced to this thread, if you scroll to where you want to be, are you pressing the E yes button to get what you selected?
