Are these systems that you created manually? Or were the new systems appended from the main database?

When you say that "they do not appear", is that because you don't see their names show up on the display with the SDS100 scanning the list?

You might also export your Favorites list into an *.hpe file, then attach it to a post. That eay someone can look at it and see if something needs to be changed or added. To do that, once you create the hpe file, <right> click on it and, on the 'Send to' option on the pop-up menu that appears, select "Comprised (zipped) folder".Attach the zipped file to a post.

Can you attach an exported hpe file of your favorites list so I can check it? What are the 2 new systems? You will have to right click on the file and send it to a compressed (zipped) folder to be able to attach it.

They were exported from ProScan as an .hpe file. Sentinal imported the file just fine. I made some adjustments and uploaded to the radio. When I manually review the menu I can see the two have indeed uploaded. However they are not being scanned or are displayed when I manually go to the system. Hope that makes sense

I don't see the hpe file attached. Once you click on Attach, you open the file to attach it.
It's there. I was able to open it.

Make sure that you have the service types used for those two systems enabled in your profile & in the scanner. Also, by default, when shipped, and when you first install Sentinel, only the Dispatch service type is enabled for Public Safety, i.e. Law Dispatch, Fire Dispatch, EMS Dispatch, & Multi-Dispatch. In your profile, also turn on the Tac and Talk service types: Law Talk, Fire Tac, EMS Tac, etc.
