I inadvertantly cleared my and formatted my SD card. How do I reinstall the files that are needed for the scanner to even operate? I am using a card reader and it the card is not showing up in the list and when I try to write to scanner it tells me to use Sentinel to clear user data. I cannot do that because the card is not listed in the box as an option. I checked my File folder on my PC and I see the drive itself.

Thanks

Use the 'Clear User Data' option.
If the card does not appear in the pop-up window (and it won't for a new, or freshly formatted card), then check the box in the lower corner of the pop-up for 'show all drives'. You should then see the blank card and can select it and continue.

After 'clear user data' is done, then do a 'write to scanner' to load your favorites lists and profile information.
