My SDS200 seems to skip and leave a dead audio blip while on P25 reception especially. This happens about every 4 seconds. I have checked and rechecked the priority channel. There are none set. Possibly need to raise the baud rate, have not done that. Being connected to Broadcastify, it would be nice if this was not happening. Has anyone else had this problem, or any ideas ?
Also not related, I lost the scanner screen video that should also show on the computer, however screen looks ok on the scanner itself , but black on the computer. Was working well, then reset system up and lost it. Audio (with skips) and pix of scanner with program and black screen shows on computer. Any ideas?

Thanking you kindly

Are you using ProScan? If so, stop ProScan to see if the problem goes away. If the problem goes away then the Resume Scan/Search is set?

I recommend using the highest baud rate the scanner supports which is 115.2 K

That is a pretty good indication the radio is LEAVING the trunking system to check a CONVENTIONAL FREQUENCY, be it priority (conv not trunking), weather, or weird Close Call activity. You can check this by watching and seeing if when the audio cuts out, you loose DATA P25 signal and dBm reading during the blip.

check that the delay is not on a negative number.
it forces the radio to scan even if receiving something, and then has to get back to it.

Also check that Close Call is set to either OFF or DND (Do Not Disturb). If it is set to PRI, it will momentarily leave what you're listening to.
