Does anyone have any info on the agencies involved or channels still being used at the crime scene?

I saw at least Seal Beach PD, Long Beach assets (PD, Search & Rescue, etc), two ORCO engines, CHP, OCSD, and some unmarked units that I assume might be FBI. And some guys wearing CERT jackets (interesting...). Anyone have any details? This was as of about two hours ago.
