As strange as it is I have heard search and rescue on DNCR frequencies. Driving in western NH out of Keene I heard a rescue on 151.3850 (CTSS 136.5Hz). I heard fish and game using the frequency and it was in analog (probably for interop with local departments). Thinking about its location it was probably license
WQKB759.
Hope this helps.
I should add it was more of a carry out off a mountain, still might be an important notation.
Thank You Very Much! With me being on a Vol. Fire Department, we do a lot of carry outs, but when NHFG and other groups of people get involved, we have to change channels but I don't have any of their frequencies in my portable (Not Dept. Issued), I loose the interop capabilities and my department used their reprogramming grant last year on 2 mobiles, so i'm having to do a bunch of research on different frequencies, and i'll try these channels out on my next carry out! So far I have figured out that NHFG has 6 primary channels, with the same frequencies, just different NAC's
