Sounds like a search is going on in Berkeley Co. BCSO and Hedgesville FD are involved in the search. I think they are getting the GPS coordinates from a cellphone. One set of coordinates put the phone in Frederick Co. VA and another set placed it in Morgan Co. WV.
BCSO is using the dispatch channel as well as PTAC1 (aka TAC5, Encrypted).
Going back and listening to the recordings, BCSO asked to have the ME head that way and that they will need 4-wheel drive to access site. Reserves were called out as well. Also asked for 4-wheelers, and possible a K9.
So far, from what I can tell, its going to be in the Hedgesville area off Hampshire Grade Rd about a mile. Heard mention of a gate on the lefthand side of the road. I think the GPS coordinates are close to this:
