Can someone tell me if I have the correct frequencies for Lucas County, Ohio?
I have them from here but do not pick up anything. I receive Todelo PD and FD but not the county.
Please help!

What scanner are you using. A quick look at the database and it seems they are on a P25 Trunked system.

No ambiguity about it, everyone in the county is on the P25 system.
