Back in the early 80's, Sears was selling Midland 2 meter and 220 radios, so I'm not surprised to see them dabbling in ham gear again.

All I can say I was just totally surprised, I very seriously doubt you will find any in the stores but would be cool if they did.

I heard on the news that Sears was going to start renting space in their store to other retailers. A sign of the tough times for retail.

Considering that they were bought by the blue-light merchants, it's not surprising. Schlock always rises to the sewer.

I was surprised to find out that walmart sells a Kenwood Speakermic.

Online sites sell everything I guess...
