What do I need to listen to the TSA at SeaTac Airport?
You would most likely need a digital capable scanner...

Not All TSA is P25 and I have yet to hear ENC myself

Good job Nick, it always gets me when folks from out side our area let us know what we can receive in our area or whats the best scanner for this area.

Well you'd never be able to actually HEAR ENC becauseit is secure such that scanner can't receive such transmissions.
Incorrect. Encrypted transmissions are still audible but not intelligible. You'll hear distorted or static type noise.
