Anyone know where I can get a breakout of "who is what?"

I don't listen to police stuff often, but when I do, I hear units designated as "Nora", "Lincon" ,"Frank", "Boy", "Tom" ... and others.

Who is what? Are they broken out by district? Shift? Officer?

Also, what is a SFD "Code Yellow Rescue Response"? I heard a ladder go out on one of these today.

Thanks.
