What do they use? I note that Harborview has a few TGs on the King County system. What about those like Virginia Mason and Seattle Children's?

Use? Use as in how? In building comms (security, maintenance, staff) or field to hospital?

When I was at VA Mason (last year) I'm guessing they were using MotoTrbo because the portables were (6550s as I remember) I a person I knew that worked there stated that the comms were suppose to be encrypted.

Almost every King County hospital is using encrypted DMR for their security and daily conversations. Only a handful are still using analog but will likely be switching soon.

Children's and Swedish hospitals are definitely encrypted DMR.
