Seattle area the past couple days 6/12-6/14 - 2024 Interference?

Uniden BCD325P2. I have had this radio a short while but I had it up and running just fine, picking up everything I wanted BUT, all of the sudden, starting about June 12, it got really quiet. Still picking up random transmissions, but very few far between. Just curious if anyone else in the region has experienced any interference or black outs etc ? WSB685 / GMRS

"Picking up everything I wanted" - what exactly is that - KCSO, SPD, SFD, all of PSERN.... what????
It really helps when you define what you WERE monitoring, in order to help you.
Bonney Lake is kinda south to be monitoring PSERN.
What site are you monitoring?

I just fired up SDRTrunk to take a look at PSERN (Seattle/Eastside site).
Normal traffic (not encrypted).

Also just looked at PSERN (West King)

It makes me wonder if they changed their active control channel on that day and you don't have the present control channel programmed and/or enabled.

Well when I say everything .. I pretty much had all of Seattle & Tacoma trunked systems customized how I wanted them in several different systems and groups on my scanner. Everything had been working as it should for the past couple months then, as explained I'm my OP, the past couple days it's almost crickets. I will hear random transmissions but there's no rhyme or reason to when and what I'll hear. My guesses are: something went goofy with my radio, solar flare/sun spot, or maybe there's some sort of update needed. I can't see why there would need to be an update needed though since it was working just fine and now it's not. I was more just asking the community if anyone else in this region has been experiencing things going quiet so I could narrow down my issue. I haven't changed any settings since it was working just fine. Thank you

If it were just one channel I could understand, but I have the whole region programmed on many different systems on my radio. I have it saved on Freescan, so I will refresh it tonight and see if something accidentally got bumped.

You'd have to attach a copy of your Freescan programming file. That's the only way we'll know what's going on.

You will need to zip the file to be able to attach it. Click on Attach files and open the zipped file.

Update: Maybe fixed - I got reading some other threads after searching "BCD325P2 slow scanning", since it seemed like it was kind of slow also. Long story short, my squelch may have gotten bumped. I was on 1, once I switched back to 2 it seems to be working again. Although I don't understand this, it seems to be working.
