I'm hoping someone can help. I lost my copy of how to make the 2 adjustments for the 396. I believe one was for the gain and I can't remember exactly what the other one was, but I think it had something to do with the digital signal. Thanks for the help.

I suppose someone should add to those articles that, if memory serves, some of these setting only work with 396s that have not had the firmware updates done....73 Mike

Turn your radio on while holding down the hold botton. When its on you just follow the steps to set your apo-25 err rate. That will do it now to set your p-25 wright time go to menu then settings then p-25 wrighting
