Great reason to always have them in the scanner, even if it is 99% encrypted. Good catch @RichardKramer !
Don't know if you logged UID/RIDs from them but on Friday at RDU I heard Tango, Charley and WH Staff (166.700) all encrypted with RIDs of 1, 12191, 399668, 8100019, and 8200762
