Gates Security (WQXJ363) is the victim of intentional interference created by Kevin Bondy. Kevin Bondy was the suspect in a similar case against The Oaks Mall. We are seeking anyone who has information or solid evidence of Mr. Bondy's malfeasance, as all pieces of evidence are relevant to pursue him for his actions. We currently have video evidence of him in the act, but want all evidence available to us. Message here if you have information. Was he doing anything specific when he was jamming? Anything he said or played while he was doing it?

He has been generating static, using dial up tones, talk radio, and at one point said something relevant that only he would know.

What are you referring to? We have evidence but want more to bolster the case with the FCC. There is also a congressional inquiry which he is the subject of.

The FCC responsible for the LA Area are very familar with him. My recommendation is to get solid evidence, a lawyer , and be agressive with the FCC cause they apparently have not been able to do muchg with him.. He has been a nusiance in the LA Area for years...

The FCC is not very good at enforcing any of the fines. I’m pretty sure Bondy and Gerritsen NAL, etc decisions have led to nothing other than an inability to obtain other licenses by the offenders, which they care nothing about.

The costs of executing these judgements in court far outweigh the cost of the fines.
