So what antenna is the better of the 2? The RS 800MHz or the Seeker 800 MHz? I have the RS 800 antenna and I find it doesn't really do any better than the rubber duck that comes with the scanner from the manufacturer. So if the seeker does what it says then maybe it is worth spending a few more bucks.

If you only want to monitor 800Mhz, you are probably better off with the RS antenna. If you are looking for other bands, especially VHF, the Seeker would be a better choice. As stated, the difference between the 2 on 800 is very slim, but the Seeker blows the RS antenna away on the other bands.
