Is the Seeker 800 Antenna still being manufactured? If so, does anyone know where they can be purchased?
Thanks!

Having both I would agree. I have an 800 Mhz TRS that comes in with huge noise that is about 20 miles away. Seeker 800 at $$$$ has this TRS come in with "lots" of noise vs. the RS800.bwhite said:Summary,
2x the cost of the RS
Huge, uncomfortable
Reception, just a tad better than RS
Just curious what you mean "noise" since this usually means something negative. In report card terms, are you saying a "B+" signal vs. say.... an "A" ? or do you really mean you are getting undesirable noise?bonus1331 said:Having both I would agree. I would agree that personally it was not worth the purchase.

It's only about 16 inches and is thin for handheld scanners.specman said:Yowza's; I never tried an antenna that looked like that....

It's an all around antenna. Not just a dedicated 800 antenna.GreatLakes said:I Googled it and can't find much info on it. Is it optimized for the 800MHz PS band, or is it a general coverage wide-band?
Thanks!
