Seeking comprehensive New York City .996 file

Hi

I have recently acquired scanner BCD996XT, googling came about comprehensive .996 upload file for New Jersey. Can anyone provide a similar file for New York City (I live near the State and want to cover it, in addition to NJ) The more comprehensive the better, I wil be using GRE Super Amp Booster with Diamond D220 Antenna so I (I think) will be able to reach out far) It would be great if list is GPS enabled.
