Selected Wrong Scanner When Purchased software

Hello
I just purchased a reqistration key. But i made a stupid mistake I selected PRO-162 and ment to select Pro-163. Is there any wat i can fix this or should i just contact support. Thanks for any help on this.
I hope this is fixable.

System-wide Administration is definitely not the forum where you'll find help for this. I'd recommend contacting whichever software maker it is you tried to register with. RadioReference doesn't sell scanner programming software.

In the mean time I'll move this to the scanner programming software forum....

thanks for the quick response.I upgraded from the Demo software i downloaded here. But i see that the software company is different so i will try to contact them. Thanks

thanks for the info. Sorry about that i thought that it was done through here since i purchased it on Radio Reference I found out what the software company was and contacted them to see if i could get different registration keys or if they will work for any scanners software program
