Selfridge, aircraft with blown tire...

Selfridge has an aircraft that was attempting to take off when a tire blew out. Many units responding.

I thought I heard some unusual talk from maintenance earlier this morning. any word on aircraft type?

It was an F16. No noticeable damage. They had to tow it off. Someone made a comment about leaving it outside for awhile to cool off before bringing it into the hanger. The guy replied back that he was towing it though all the puddles! :lol:
