Somewhere in the Greeley area, I'm thinking the call was in Eaton. Semi Vs Car T-bone, extrication required, one being transported via Weld paramedics to NCMC other patient 2 yr old being transported to Childrens via Medevac 1.

Don't know if it's the same accident but fatality at NCMC and CSP is requesting ART and PIO.

Hmm, also don't know if the 6 month old that was transported via Medevac 2 was part of it also.

A lot of traffic on the air med chs this evening.

One woman is dead and two children are injured after a crash between a car and a
semi-truck.

The woman driving the car died en route to North Colorado Medical Center, and two children in her vehicle were airlifted to the Children's Hospital in Aurora. Their conditions were unavailable.

The crash happened at about 4:30 p.m. at Colo. 392 and Weld County
Road 35.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: DATE: 04-27-08 TIME: 9:35 P.M.

On April 27, 2008 at approximately 4:30 P.M., Colorado State Troopers responded to a serious injury crash on Highway 392 and Weld County Road 35.
A gold 2001 Dodge Stratus was southbound on Weld County Road 35. A white
2006 Sterling semi truck and trailer was eastbound on Highway 392. The Dodge entered the intersection with Highway 392 and was struck broadside by the Sterling semi truck. Both vehicles remained in contact to their final position.

The restrained driver has been identified as Colleen Craig, age 28 of Eaton, CO. Craig sustained serious injuries and was later pronounced dead by a medical physician at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. The two passengers, age 2 and 10 months sustained serious injuries and were airlifted to Children's Hospital in Aurora. Both were in child restraints.

The restrained driver of the Sterling has been identified as Michael Gutterson, age 47 of Greeley, CO. Gutterson sustained minor injuries and was not transported.

Alcohol or drugs are not suspected as contributing factors

The crash remains under investigation
