Seminole County: Konawa Police/Fire

At US > Oklahoma > Seminole (County) , under Konawa, the frequencies shown for police dispatch do not match the license shown (WQEX695), nor can I find licenses related to any of the frequencies in ULS or the NTIA unclassified list. Would someone local confirm the Police, Fire, and EMS frequencies?

I have a few hours of recorded transmissions for Seminole county I need to go through that I captured a couple weeks ago from all licensed frequencies in the county. I’ll try to figure this out.
