This can answer the unknown talkgroups outside of the 80XX-84XX and 64XXX ranges.

Regular Seminole County talkgroups fall within the 80XX-84XX range and the temporary Orange County ISSI dynamic link talkgroups are within the 64XXX range (note these talkgroups may be in the clear or encrypted depending on what the original Orange County talkgroup is programmed for and are issued randomly by the system and not fixed to a specific user). Anything out of that range is generally caused by distorted or weak signal as that has happened to me with using PRO96COM.

I can rule out distorted or weak signal because I'm literally within 1,000ft of the tower and don't haven't had any fluctuation in signal.

I was unaware Seminole allowed ISSI on their system. I will need to check the sorrounding P25 systems for these TG-IDs to see if I can map them. As of right now today I'm up to 116 TGs including the ones already on the list above.

Just to add to this, Orange County's system is advertising Seminole as a neighbour: RFSS 6, Site 1.

The strange thing is it shows the System ID as 46C not 4CF.

Can anyone confirm that Seminole is still broadcasting 4CF?

I would need to check my computer for that when I get home. I know Seminole is still 4CF from being a bit nosy (no details)

Dave, with Seminole County Public Works/Juniper Networks, told me about 4.5 months ago that there is a direct fiber link between Seminole's prime site, Orange's prime site, and to something in Volusia (I'm not going to name something and be wrong)

Over the past year I have found numerous different NACs depending on where I sit in the county when I hunt talk groups. I have this picture from one time when I was hunting and it tagged a NAC of 1217 (4C1)
