I don't know if it's the antenna or the radio...going to work this morning, I had my Pro 96 in the car connected to a 100-1300 MHz antenna. It's worked fine for quite some time. Well, this morning, nothing...and I mean, nothing. As I got into mid-Westchester, I started hearing the County Police, but it was scratchy and distorted. FYI...WCPD can be heard at the tip of Long Island...they have an extremely powerful transmitter in Valhalla that assures coverage throughout Westchester County.
The radio already had the DSP upgrade done when I bought it. Any ideas, other than the antenna possibly being bad (I checked the cable...looks good).
