I have me favorites grouped by Police, Fire, and EMS. I am assigning each an Alert Tone and color . Is there a way to change these en masse instead of one at a time?

This can be done in both Sentinel and Proscan. In the Sentinel Favorites List Editor, set alert tone & light how you want them in the first object of each column, right-click and choose Copy. Highlight the remaining objects in the column that you want the changes to take effect then right-click and choose "Paste". You can sort by Service Type if you want to set different colors for each service type to make life easier

If you have Proscan it can even do it across multiple fav. lists. It works like a find-and-replace based on service type.and change color and tone.
