Sentinel: Sentinel database version still on 04/09/2023

Has anyone managed to update the Sentinel Master Database past 04/09/2023? I'm a bit surprised that there wasn't an update this week.

Same when I try to download, from time too time this will happen and you have to wait another week to get a update.

I had no problems Monday morning updating both versions of Sentinel to the 04/16/2023 version.
Maybe it was pulled for an unknown issue but usually there would be posts about problems if that were the case.

I always check around 10 AM CT on Mondays as Uniden always posts the new DB version for Sentinel about 9 AM CT on Monday mornings.

Before I had to send my 436HP to Uniden yesterday, so some things could be fixed. Mine was updating fine.

I'm not having any luck downloading Sentinel version 2.03 from the info.uniden.com site either. I only get 484KB out of 41.8MB downloaded before it stops. My current version is 2.02

Not having any issues with other sites, just got a 400MB/down speed test result as well.

That's actually not the discussion going on here. What's being discussed is how updating the HPDB (Monday Pull) failed for some last week.


But for your issue, what isp do you use?

I was able to get everything working by changing my DNS server to 1.1.1.1. Not sure what the deal with Google's 8.8.8.8, but everything works fine now.

Just updated mine, but had to switch off one of my 5G networks to a 2.4. Keep getting an error in those.

Current database is dated 4/2/2023. Spectrum internet. Has worked fine for years. I did update/exchange my equipment last week.
