I haven't been able to update my Sentinel Master database for my BCDx36HP scanner. Can anyone help me Please!

ver 2.05 last time it worked has been several months ago. My Internet provider is spectrum.

What Internet Provider are you using?

Sentinel ver 3.0 last time it work several months ago my provider is spectrum.

I hope your getting everything this is my first time using a forum.

Not Sure but I use Sentinel for x36's and SDS's Ver 2.05 and just updated the Database and I also have Spectrum Internet.
Have you changed or update you Antivirus?

Just for the heck of it, when you connect your scanner to your computer, start up Sentinel and try to do a firmware update. That would be a good way to see if your Sentinel is communicating with the Uniden server.

I have ver 2.05 ver 03 I think I have had the same antivirus software.

I had my Windows Defender security Firewall block ProScan just a couple weeks ago. I had to go to the Firewall and allow it. I'm on Windows 11 Pro.
