I discovered this today when I skipped a step doing export/import between my 436 and HP-1.
Import From Favorite List will only add new info to an existing Favorite List. It does not remove info that was deleted in the source FL from the target FL.
For a complete update, including deletions, it is necessary to delete the target FL from the target scanner, then import the source FL as a new FL.
