Sentinel: Sentinel on 2 different computers not the same

I have Sentinel on a desktop and on a laptop. Both are updated to the latest version. Both updated to latest database. Both see different information. I updated the SDS200 on my desk to get the latest for Fayette County, GA. I want the same on my SDS200 in my car. Normally I would use my laptop to do that as it's much simpler to go out to the car and do the update rather than copying to a second SD card. However....See photos... What the heck?

Your screenshots don't include the database versions. One to the left seems out of date, it appears some departments have been removed or recategorized? I just updated my Sentinel to the latest version, 6/22/25 and it shows identical to your screenshot to the right. What's the DB version on your left screenshot?

Yup, include a better screen shot showing the db version in lower left corner. Please use windows snipping tool.




Also, on a different note, aside from updating the full db on both sentinels, If you program scanner from desktop, make sure if you use laptop that you read the scanner first. Otherwise your lockouts and stuff will not be the same in both versions. Always read first before any editing.

I see that version designation now that it's been pointed out. The desktop version was from 2018. I have updated it no less than 5 times today but of course, as soon as you guys pointed it out and I done another update it now shows 06/22/2025. Damn computers!!
