SDS100/SDS200: Sentinel sds100 "SD Card File Error"

My SDS100 is giving me an error message:
SD Card Error
Use Sentinel "Clear User Data" operation to Initialize SD card".

I have reformatted different cards in and out of scanner.
I have cleared user data in and out of scanner.
I create one system and try to upload and get the above $%%&%#())*& error.

When I got the scanner, I was using a Windows 10 HP pc,, it was working, here at home, I'm using a Windows 7 enterprise and getting the above error.

If I don't try to upload a a system and use the zip code function, all appears correct.

I see that error plenty with older post of previous scanners, But don't think I've seen any re: the SDS100.

Try to first enter a single system or a channel manually directly using the keypad on the scanner and see if that get saved on the SD card. If it does you probably have some sort of USB issue.
